This document is a public offer to conclude a contract for the remote sale of goods on the AROMACLIP website. Acceptance of this offer is carried out by placing an order on the website and/or paying for it.
Terms“Seller/We” — AROMACLIP (see details below).“Buyer/You” — an individual who purchases goods for personal use.“Website” — aromaclip.net and its subpages.“Goods” — AROMACLIP products and related goods presented on the Website.
Subject of the agreementWe transfer the selected Goods to the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer pays for and accepts them. Characteristics and composition (if available) are listed in the card for each product on the Website.
Ordering and acceptance of the offerOrders are placed on the Website: product selection → shopping cart → contact details and address → payment and delivery method → order confirmation.The offer is considered accepted at the moment of order confirmation on the Website, payment of the invoice/order, or actual acceptance of the shipment in case of cash on delivery.
Prices and paymentPrices are listed in hryvnia and are valid at the time of placing the order. The cost of delivery depends on the carrier/weight/region. Available payment methods are listed on the Website when placing an order.
Delivery and transfer of goodsDelivery is carried out by partner services to the address or branch you choose when placing your order. The risks of accidental damage are transferred at the moment of actual receipt from the carrier. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier.

Please note: for certain categories of goods (hygienic/opened/used, etc.), return restrictions may apply in accordance with applicable requirements. Specific conditions for each item are listed in the product description and at the link above.
Warranties and liabilityWe are responsible for the proper quality of goods within the limits of the law and warranty conditions (if applicable). The buyer is obliged to provide accurate contact details, pay for the order in a timely manner, and accept delivery.

Changes to the terms of the offerWe may update this agreement. The new version shall come into force upon publication on the Website and shall apply to orders placed after such publication. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of the document.
Dispute resolution and applicable lawDisputes shall be resolved through negotiation; in the absence of agreement, in accordance with the procedure provided for by applicable law. The applicable law is the law of Ukraine, unless otherwise expressly provided by law or international agreement.
