Return Policy1. General provisions

1.1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994, medical products that have already been put into operation or show signs of use are not subject to return or exchange, except in certain cases.
1.2. AromaClip is a product for individual use that comes into contact with the nasal mucosa, therefore it falls under the category of medical products with increased hygiene and safety requirements.
1.3. Payment for an order on the website https://aromaclip.net is considered confirmation of the buyer's familiarity with and agreement to the terms of return.
2. Cases when goods can be returned
2.1. AromaClip can only be returned or exchanged if a manufacturing defect is found or an allergic reaction is confirmed by a written doctor's opinion.
2.2. If an allergic reaction is suspected, the buyer is obliged to:
Consult a family doctor or allergist;
Obtain written confirmation indicating the specific component that caused the reaction;
Send an email to: au.pilcamora%40ofni no later than 3 (three) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
3. Refund procedure
3.1. After reviewing the request and receiving supporting documents, we may:
Offer an exchange for another set or product;
Refund the money, excluding shipping costs;
Refuse a refund if no manufacturing defects or medical reasons are found
3.2. Refunds (if the reason is confirmed) are made within 14 calendar days.
4. Conditions under which returns are not possible
If the packaging has been opened and the product has come into contact with mucous membranes;
If the product shows signs of use or the ZIP bag has been opened;
If more than 3 days have passed since the product was received without an official complaint being filed;
If there are no documents or a doctor's statement confirming the allergy.
